Reconciliations Specialist, Tandem

The successful candidate will perform daily checks across Tandem’s core banking platform to ensure payments have correctly posted to customers’ accounts. Where payment errors are identified, you will work with the Payments team to investigate and resolve the issue. You will also proactively monitor, investigate and resolve unreconciled transactions across all Tandem’s General Ledger accounts and take ownership of issues, whilst ensuring that appropriate escalations are is carried out.

eClerx is looking for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and relational Client Engagement Manager with a heavy focus on business intelligence/business insights and decision sciences.
The Client Engagement Manager will manage the key relationship for primary UK and EMEA clients in the Travel or Retail vertical. This involves leading client engagements and strategy primarily in the areas of Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, Customer Experience, Content, CRM campaigns, and Product Data management.
The successful candidate will lead client engagement accounts in the Travel or Retail vertical. Typical engagements include digital marketing, campaigns management, competitive intelligence, customer and campaign analytics, content operations, pricing analysis, demand forecasting, personalisation, and products data management. They will support the eClerx business development, execution, and senior management globally to anticipate and identify new opportunities and service areas while also developing and maintaining active relationships with key stakeholders throughout the engagement portfolio.
Software Test Engineer, Oracle
The successful candidate will be responsible for testing a cloud-native application that hosts commerce websites for some of industries global brands. Java is at the heart of Oracle’s Commerce product but they take advantage of many modern techniques, including PaaS, microservices, agile methodology, containers, CI/CD, and DevOps to deliver an industry-leading offering. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. They will also develop and execute software test plans, while analysing and writing test standards and procedures.
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilised during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. You will develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. You will need to be fully competent in own area of expertise. You may have held a project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel, and you will also need a BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
